The sovillas Event Service

With our So Business offer, organizing a corporate event has never been so easy!

Nous pouvons vous assister avant, pendant et après votre venue dans une So Villa pour faire de cette expérience une parenthèse inoubliable pour vos employés, et sans difficulté pour votre séminaire d’entreprise !

BEFORE

As a wedding planner, we help you to organize every detail of your event
  • Flexible arrival and departure times: we adapt to your constraints!
  • Looking for a foodtruck or caterer? We know the best ones around the house you rented!
  • You prefer to order a drive in the nearest supermarket? We will pick it up and fill the fridge with the products you have chosen!
  • You need assistance to organize your trip to the So Villa you have chosen? We can provide you with a quote for the different possibilities (train, bus, cab, ...)
  • The pool, the 5-a-side soccer field and the game room are not enough to keep your employees busy? We can help you personalize the SoVillas experience with a list of additional activities: paintball, bubble soccer, sumo wrestling, wine tasting ...

DURING

You have a question, a problem? We are available 24 hours a day to help you!
  • At any time during your weekend in a So Villa, you can write us via whatsapp or call us! We will always answer !
  • Do you have a question about the house? Can't find the balloons or the big pot? We know our houses perfectly!
  • We send a technician on site if needed

AFTER

Let's review your SoVillas stay together
  • Exit inventory: we debrief you on the state of the house after your visit
  • Deposit management: we take stock together
  • We close the file and make an appointment for a next event together!
